At Louve Collection, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Louve Collection tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
